Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Examine your Wildgrain box upon arrival to ensure all sourdough loaves, hand-cut pastas, and pastries are frozen and the packaging is intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If there are any concerns regarding the quality or condition of your items, take clear photos of the products and the shipping label.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our Member Experience team at [email protected] with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Our team will review your request and issue a credit to your original payment method or ship a replacement box at no additional cost.
